I know we are 4 months in and I should know how to by now! But I feel like it’s still hard. I generally feed to sleep but recently that’s not been working and have to then do dummy and a sway after!

I cuddle and away my baby and my part we either bounces him or puts him in the bouncer all work just fine. Some methods take longer than others

I know how you feel my 4 month old is hard to get to sleep apart from her nighttime sleep luckily. During the day she really fights it.

I cuddle and play womb music during the day for naps. At night (fingers crossed it stays this way) my little one just goes down with white noise playing and a star light x

Mainly boob for us. Or a carrier with lots of shushing and bum pats x

I boob but we’re also rocking and offering dummy. How long it takes depends on how tired/overtired he is

We darken the room, turn on white noise and give her a dummy

Babies change so much that its hard to know so its a good question!🤣 my little one likes to be on cushion next to me, on his side, dummy in and a pat on the bum but three weeks ago he liked to be snuggled in my arms but now he just straightens his back! xx

always boob with me followed by contact nap or co sleep for the night. Or in the carrier with partner or my mum etc.
I also shush to him and sing him a cute lullaby 🤍

I look for sleepy cues which for my baby is rubbing his eyes no good putting a baby to sleep when they aren’t tired is where I was first going wrong. next i put him in his crib or on my chest pop a dummy in play rain sounds and rock him until he falls asleep. He will fuss I just keep popping his dummy in until he eventually tires himself to sleep. He loves rain sounds and prefers it over white noise. You’ve just got to find what works for your baby 🙂 x

The sleep regression has totally messed with our sleep routine! It’s become really hard to put my LO down unless I’m feeding first. Problem is he wakes up after 20-30 min once he’s down. Will only sleep longer if I’m holding him the whole time 🫠
