What can I do please? My ex isn’t on BC. He was abusive during our pregnancy. He’s now denied our child through CMS inorder to get dna result to apply for PRO.

If he was abusive, he can't get PRO. The dna test that CMS does doesn't give him PRO. It just confirms that he has to pay child support. When he applies to the courts for PRO, you reject it and tell them he is abusive and you don't feel safe leaving the baby with him. If your midwife or health visitor or doctor know about him being abusive then even better
Yeah its not that easy, the DNA test won't give him PRO he will still have to go to court for that and if there's a history of DV the courts will take that into account
should I do the dna now or wait?
