C section wound infection

I’m currently 5 weeks post c section and on my 4th lot of antibiotics for an infection on my wound, but it still doesn’t seem to be clearing up 🙄 I’m worried what will happen next? Will they admit me into hospital for IV antibiotics? If so, will I have my baby with me too? I am so anxious about if I have to leave him!? Has anyone else been in a similar situation?
