Baby rash

My little girl got this rash on her chest and neck, and it only came up around bath time but I’m unsure if it’s possibly a heat rash, prickly heat or eczema or if I need to contact gp? She’s 14months old.

It looks just like a bit of heat rash, I've seen people asking about this rash a lot and my daughter has had it a couple of times. If it hasn't already gone just keep an eye on it and whether she has any other symptoms
