Bleeding during first trimester

I did , not too severe but there was blood in my
Pee and when I wiped , went to er and doctor said nothing unusual and baby was doing find . Now I’m just having brown discharge and did a second ultrasound a week after and. Baby was doing great and growing .

I had a subchorionic hemorrhage at 7 weeks with heavy bleeding. We just another scan today at 11 weeks. No hemorrhage anymore (same thing as hematoma). The guy said that any area that has a lot of blood circulation (and brings oxygen) will help it heal faster. So, maybe it healed in between the ultrasounds? Or did you have them close together.

I have been monitored closely and it did heal. I started bleeding yesterday (I’m talking soaked through my pants and shoes) but they didn’t see another hematoma

I did but after sex

I was spotting and bleeding bright red blood during sex (we would always stop immediately). During my 8 week appointment the doctor revealed that I had a polyp sticking out of my cervix! It was small, looked like a tick tack. He removed it right then and there, no pain. I was on bed rest for a little over a week, no sex, and prescribed progesterone. After that we were given the thumbs up to go back to normal life, haven’t seen bleeding since!🥳
