There’s flange size guides you could either buy or print to know your size. Personally, I tried the correct flange size as well as the one that came with my pump and noticed no difference when it came to my supply. Are you having pain or are you more concerned with output?

I wish I had seen your earlier post! I don’t know much about flange sizes, but I know I initially measured and still got the wrong one, so I ordered all 3 sizes I could get and returned the 2 that were wrong. Wishing you luck, SO frustrating to figure out initially 😫🙌❤️

It is frustrating when you write in a group and you don’t get a response. Hope you’re ok. I’m just here to say that as I have no idea about flange sizes. I found it helps to write how important it is to you sometimes like what you’re struggling with as opposed to just a question that unfortunately might get overlooked xx

This is a 19mm and I just started pumping again this week as I primarily nurse but my nipples are screaming

Sorry. I didn’t see your post. To measure your nipple, measure before feeding or pumping using a circle cut out ruler (they sell plastic ones in the kids school supply section of the store). Put your nipple through the hole that fits without extra room around it. That is your flange size measurement. Don’t add anything to that measurement.
