The only things that got me through those last 6 weeks were hot baths, heating pads, Frida mom cooling spray for my legs, and Tylenol. You got this! You're sooo close

Try and keep active if possible, I carried DCDA girls to 36+6, 6lb6 and 5lb9. Even if you can just do short walks it will help you stay comfortable and move the babies around and keep your BP down. The last few weeks do get hard but ask the midwife/doctor/triage for help if you need it. I had medication for indigestion/heartburn in the last weeks that let me keep eating. Remember you can take paracetamol as normal if needed for aches and pains. Going in a hot tub/paddling pool (in early Sept heatwave) was a big relief too!

I feel the same way !! I just turned 29 weeks and I’m so uncomfortable. Stuck between wanting the babies to stay in as long as possible to grow and being so uncomfortable!

You’ve got this! I’ve been there I know how uncomfortable it is. We had to deliver at 30 weeks and my babies had a lot of complications, I was desperate week by week to get them closer and closer to full term so they could be born with as much fighting chance as possible. So even though you’re desperate for them to be out try and see it as blessing to get them close to your due date. Not to diminish how uncomfortable it will be though 😩, just try and focus on the end goal, and keep moving! x
