How to cope with 2 under 2

Recently, we found out that we are expecting again. However, we already have a 9 month old little girl. Don't get me wrong, I am happy that I am pregnant. But im more focused on our little girl than this pregnancy. This pregnancy is totally different to when I was pregnant with LG. I have gone off food completely I have to force my self to eat. As soon as I do eat I feel sick. I don't see my midwife until December as she cancelled 2 of my appointment even though I am High risk. Due to blood clots and a heart condition. My next scan is in 2 weeks time. When I should be 12 weeks. I haven't even seen this new midwife.

Congratulations on the pregnancy! 🥰 Do you maybe have an early pregnancy unit you can call to speak to one of the midwife’s there whilst waiting for your appointment with your midwife? Maybe they can run some blood tests etc and talk to you about your risks? Really bad of the midwife to cancel you twice already and such a longer wait until December! Hope you are okay otherwise? This first trimester for me is already so much different to my first to so can relate on that aspect! Xx

@Sasha thank you. We don't have a early pregnancy unit. Most of the maternity ward has closed most of the wards due to staffing issues. When I first found out about this pregnancy I had three lots of blood taken. Was told I needed to have bloods taken every 4 weeks. That was 6 weeks ago.. when I went for my first appointment I sat in the doctors waiting room 2.5 hours with my baby girl. I ended up going down to ask the receptionist who rang her up and told her. She came and apologies and told me she can't see me for the full appointment as in 5 mins time she has her next onces. And she would do the rest of my appointment on the phone. This was last month.

Friends wedding abroad

Hi all. I know this is FTM... But really need advice. I am currently pregnant with baby #2. Only 8 weeks. I didn't want to tell anyone yet, my partner and boss knows (needed for risk assessment reasons annoyingly). My friend is getting married in a remote part of Spain in ~3 months. I've already had a few minor complications, pain, bleeding, vanishing twin... I got preeclampsia last pregnancy and a terrible birth.
I am pretty sure I don't feel comfortable flying and then travelling out to a remote part of Spain during pregnancy. It will just be me and my toddler. I know it's overcautious but I just don't feel comfortable. I'm not even sure if I am going to be classified as high risk pregnancy or not.
How do I handle this? I need to tell her ASAP, but I didn't really want to tell anyone yet as doc told me miscarriage risk is a bit increased with vanishing twin. Any ideas?

Anxious/depressed

My first pregnancy symptom was my anxiety out of nowhere. I feel like I'm a bundle of nerves and just so scared of everything. Is anyone else feeling similar? How are you managing? Are we contributing it to hormones?
