Anyone used one before ? Are they worth it? Looking into early labour distractions and it seems like a good idea but not 100% convinced!

I've used one in my second trimester on my sciatica pain and unsure if it's a placebo effect or not but it seemed to help

I used one as my son was back to back and all my contraction pain was in my back, it really helped.

Get a labour comb to!

I used one in the first stage of labour. It was quite useful. You can usually borrow one at the hospital

@Abbie I got a set in my hospital bag already thank you! 😅

Thanks everyone, I think I'll look into if my hospital have any or getting cheap one from amazon to try x

mine is from Amazon for about £30/£35 .. and I even bought it long time ago for back pain.. so i guess its worth buying one because you are not gonna end up using it only once.

@Adriana just got one on a amazon deal for £22 down from 35 so I saw it as a sign to get it lol thank u x

I've hired one from amazon for £20 instead of buying them as found them quite expensive and doubt I will use it again after xx

I've rented one for 6 weeks from Babytens. £35 for 6 weeks and then you just send it back after

My good friend used one and she said it absolutely saved her. Just make sure you get a specific obstetric one, standard ones aren't right apparently, not sure why x

yeah I just checked it.. its a good deal!

Helped me 9 years ago :)

i think it would be a good idea to try! i wish i’d had one because my early labour contractions were not a joke, unfortunately baby wanted to arrive before i’d prepared 🥲
