Headaches

Urgh yes, I’ve had headaches like never before!! And normally if I sleep a headache off, it’ll feel better but these ones don’t 😂

They’re so annoying aren’t they ! I hope they don’t continue all way through !

Yes! Been having headaches and like shooting pains across one side of my head too for a week or so x

sadly nothing much works and we’re so limited on what we can take! I try to avoid it but take paracetamol when it’s really bad xx

Yeah I haven’t taken anything either , trying to up my water Intake as much as pos. Magnesium is supposed to be good x

Same, I spoke to midwife who said its due to dehydration, I explained I drink loads and she said I need to drink more and to literally 'drink like a fish!' So I'm now drinking atleast a pint of water an hour! And it's a lot better!

I had this in my first pregnancy and got diagnosed with Occipital neuralgia (basically oedema that pregnant woman usually get in their ankles etc, was in my head! and trapping a nerve!) I had a nerve block injected into my scalp and the relief was immediate! I have never had it since, not even in my second pregnancy, or this one being my 3rd. It’s a really annoying headache that doesn’t go away regardless of what you do/take 🥺. Hope you get some relief from whatever is causing yours soon 🤞🏽 xx
