How big was your hospital bag?

I took a suitcase and a backpack. My boppy was in my suitcase, which is why I needed the backpack.

I took a carry on for all of us and a separate toiletry bag :)

I had a carry on for me and baby, my husband had a separate bag. Honestly could have used a smaller bag, didn't use half the stuff I brought and I already was going minimal

Carry on and toiletry bag. Hoppy pillow was forgotten but I’m taking my other breast feeding pillow this time around. Always seemed like I never had enough pillows while in hospital to make breastfeeding comfortable

I had a suitcase and back pack…I was also on bed rest in the hospital for 3 weeks and then a 5.5 week NICU stay

We did two regular-sized backpacks that included enough for my husband, baby, and me.

We had a bag for me, bag for baby and a carry on with all the clothes, snacks, drink etc snd husbands bits

it was the gift that keeps on giving because now I use it for EVERYTHING 😂

I took an actual suitcase and only used my hairbrush and tooth brush out of it, and my clothes to go home in. Next time I’ll probably just have a backpack lol

Mine was just a couple backpacks, and her diaper bag wish we had a carry-on bag to use that would have been perfect!

I just brought a small duffel bag for me and an empty diaper bag to take home diapers and things the hospital supplies.

I had a bag, baby had a bag and husband had a bag. It was just easier that way and more organized 🤪

I wore out what I brought in. My child had two changes of clothes, diapers and creams/lotions. My husband actually packed more for himself. He brought an ipad. Chargers. Bedding.

What I wish I brought is my own pillow. Comfort was difficult at the hospital. Pack a diaper bag for baby. One change of clothes for you. Any hygiene products you think youll need. Question to think about: is there a shower there. That changes what youll be bringing.

I would do one bag for you and baby and one for your husband. Whatever you do, have a list you can check off. I did mine kind of piecemeal and ended up leaving the hospital in a robe because I forgot to pack a shirt 😅

I wouldn’t stress bringing much for the baby really, all you need is a going home outfit, maybe a binky for the baby and a swaddle if you want but the hospital keeps them in diapers so they can easily do regular checks and changes and they provide the hat and blanket and wipes/diapers and whatever else. A carry on for you and your husband sounds about right!
