Do y'all have a hard time trusting...Like ANYONE. The 🤬 I went through with my ex has left me super paranoid. For me it's to the point of not moving past the 💩. I hate it here!

I trusted again after my narcissist ex and I found another narcissist. Had two kids and now I don’t think I’ll ever trust again. I’ve seen and heard there is healing over time. I do know that I look at everything different now.
I don’t.
It's very hard to trust anyone. Definitely takes time
