For some reason, after my son wakes up from his naps he's drenched in sweat, but it's only his head. His hair will be soaking wet. It's only at naptimes, I don't know if I should be worried or not 😩
His room isn't any hotter during the day than it is at night and he's usually only in a shirt. Any ideas?

My son gets like this over the summer even in light layers. I wouldn’t worry about it. What is the temp in his room and what is he wearing to bed ? His room is probably warmer during nap than bedtime so just take that into consideration when dressing him or deciding whether or not to use a sleep sack or something.

@Nadia his room temp is always 68-70°, to bed he wears regular pj's but during the day he's just in a shirt because be tends to be a messy toddler lol his room will get to 72 in the summer but I'll put him in short sleeves then. I'll try switching him to a lighter blanket for naptimes but he's super attached to his pokemon blanket 😂

Hmm that doesn’t seem too warm at all. Very comfortable. Every kid is different I’m sure.

My kid is the same! And he won’t sleep without pants or shirt which makes things worse. He also loooves his blanket but I’ll only cover a tiny bit, just to pretend it is there. The temperature here is the same, around 71 usually and I try to lower it a bit but I can’t lower it too much cause my baby sleeps at the same time and I don’t want him to be cold.
