Oof big same, only difference is mine seems to swing by every few hours. One of the main reasons I'm having my mom come out for my labor is so she can stay a few weeks after, because I have a ton of risk factors for postpartum depression. I also told my bf (who is extremely optimistic) that if there is EVER a point postpartum where I tell him I need help, he needs to call my mom and my doctor and consider using a few days his paternity leave just in case. It takes a lot for me to ask for help so I know I only will if it's actually really bad, but I feel a bit better knowing I have an understanding support system in place if things go south emotionally

Period late

Could I be going through menopause at 26? I missed a period 2 months ago then had one the next month this month no period yet just feeling crampy and like my periods going to come but nothing yet, sleepy as Heck! Sore breast I took a test but was negative then a couple of days later I wound up spotting for a little then it stopped thought it was my period but nothing do you guys think it’s pregnancy or menopause my hormones have been sooooo off since my 2nd daughter which was a year and a half ago they never went back normal
