Hi I’m two year and half postpartum with emergency c section. My husband said I look like slimming down. I wasn’t sure 🤷🏼♀️. I feel like I got line down my tummy.

Higher protein, your body weight in grams of protein. Dont be scared to lift weights, cardio only burns calories during that session. lifting weights will boost your metabolism, and burn more calories and fat throughout the day than cardio will ever do.

Resistance training is the way forwards. High protein diet. NEAT exercise.
