I have the start of one and I am dreading it normally I get on with it take all the tablets possible etc instead of moaning and feeling sorry for myself but just paracetamol is going to make this seem like “man flu” just not enough.
I had to take a few hay fever tablets in summer ( not advised to) and everything is okay just not sure if to risk cold and flu also x

I had COVID a few weeks back and I was just allowed paracetamol but Otrivine was suggested by my midwife and it helped. And also a saline spray helped me clear my congestion.

I only took paracetamol

You can take hay-fever tablets... a few days with a stuffy nose etc is better than potentially putting you baby at risk x

I had bronchitus at the start of pregnancy and took cold and flu tablets a few times but when I went to doctors to get a sick note she said not to take them so I stopped. Only took it at night. I then had it again a month ago and took paracetamol and used a saline spray to help with congestion. Didn't quite work the same but helped a bit.
