Every single day I regret having a child with this “man”
My baby daddy and I aren’t together anymore (together 7 years), and I really wish I didn’t have to deal with him but of course we have a child together (13m). He’s very narcissistic and manipulative and acts like a child himself. I was only with him so long because I didn’t wanna see him with someone else, but after I had our daughter I didn’t want her to grow up in that type of environment and ended it. He acts like a little bitch and always has an attitude about something, but most of all I hate his mindset. A lot of shit he says doesn’t make sense or is just flat out ignorant. It’s so bad to the point where I’ve considered making a fake DNA test and telling him my daughter isn’t really his. I’m so annoyed. The saying “be careful who you have kids with” is so accurate.

faking a DNA test can have legal ramifications so don’t do that, but if he ever decides that he doesn’t want to be in her life anymore, he can absolutely terminate his parental rights. i doubt he’ll do it because narcissists don’t willingly give up power or control, but if it’s this bad then it might be worth a try
