UTI first trimester which antibiotics were you on?
Apparently I have UTI and need to take antibiotics which I am terrified to do in my first trimester - anyone had UTI and had to have antibiotics in 1st trimester? Which medicine did you have and for how long?

Hey lovely, it's important to treat any infections in pregnancy. An untreated infection would be more of a concern. Your GP will prescribe pregnancy safe antibiotics x
The standard antibiotics that are given in the first instance for UTI are perfectly safe for pregnancy- they don’t go beyond the urinary tract ☺️ I was on some at about 12 weeks for 7 days. I had a friend that was on it for nearly her whole pregnancy as she had recurring UTIs (super common in pregnancy). But as Chloë said above it’s dangerous to leave it untreated xx
