Sounds just like me lol. I’m 17 +2 today. Had my consultant appointment and midwife appointment. Consultant didn’t do it but midwife did! I knew it would take a while as it’s my second but I’d had more anxiety as I’ve just finished my antibiotics today for a chest and ear infection! Your lucky to be this end with the gender! I’ll be 20 +4 when we find out ours! Xxx

I'm just too impatient after 3 MCs, so booked a private scan 🥰🌈 my NHS scan is three weeks on Friday xx

awwww bless ya! Totally understandable! I’ve had extra scans anyway, this will be my 5th then I’ll have more after so quite lucky! Well not lucky but lucky I’ll get to see baby more! This was a twin pregnancy but we lost one! Glad you feel better after today though! Xxx

My midwife wouldn't do it at my 16 week one as it can be too tricky to find and cause stress etc and because its my 2nd I won't get another midwife app until 28 weeks 😭😭

my midwife said they changed the protocol but she's been trained to do it from 16 weeks and she said if I'm anxious she would. So glad she did 🥰🥰

same I had my 16 week consultation today with midwife and she wouldn’t do it either 😒 but hey hopefully soon we will feel baby 💗
