Throwing up during the night
Recently my 16 month old keeps vomiting during the night. It’s just once but I’m really not sure why. I don’t give her anything good or drink wise an hour before bed but she still keeps being sick. Any ideas?

Does she have a runny nose or cold? My little one gets a post nasal drip when he’s poorly with a runny nose or congested and it makes him sick every time he’s poorly 🤦🏽♀️ usually happens at night in his cot or in the car when he’s snotty it’s a nightmare 😫!
Mine has done this about 5 times in the past few months. Seemed to us that it was reflux. I tried to keep her upright before bed to help digest and even burp her a little like a baby. Has been a month since the last time it happened.
