Raspberry leaf tea and Yoga ball

When did you all start drinking raspberry leaf tea and using a yoga ball?
I’m 33+4 (due 27th) now and have just ordered the above off Amazon but wondering should I start straight away?
Anything else you guys are doing?

I’ve been bouncing on a birth ball since like 25 weeks. It’s quite unlikely to put you into labour, but it is good for getting baby in a good position and will ease pelvic pain. You can start drinking raspberry leaf tea from 32 weeks. Start with one cup a day then build up to two, three then four. You can also eat dates, there is evidence to show they can make your labour shorter and have been linked to less intervention. You need to eat six a day.

Hiya,
I'm doing peri massage, eating dates (6 dates a day if I can manage it) and drinking rlt... (on 2 cups if I can manage it) using ball now every night for around 15-20 minutes x
Doing pilates too, and walks/staying active...

I'm 27 weeks tomorrow. X going up to 3 cups of rlt if I can manage it.

Just do everything in moderation hun... x

And careful with the ball excersises as some will bring baby down and engaged alot. X

I’ve just started raspberry leaf tea at 36 weeks (am now 36+4) and been bouncing on my yoga ball since roughly 25 weeks as have bad pelvic girdle pain. The raspberry leaf tea has helped my pelvis pain already!! It’s the reason I started taking it!! But I’ve definitely had more braxton hicks since I’ve been taking so of hold off if you can, or ask your midwife to see what she says. 1 cup probably wouldn’t hurt, I’ve been having 2 cups and 1 capsule a day xx

Started the raspberry leaf tea at 34weeks and have just ordered a ball because I’m convinced he’s turned transverse😩

My midwife told me 36 weeks for the tea. I've been on the ball since about 31 weeks though due to pgp

I’ve got a ball coming today because my baby is transverse 😭 it’s proper freaking me out I just want her to turn head down so I can try deliver vaginally and not have to have a c section! Especially cause she’s my first. My midwife wasn’t worried when I saw her the other day (at 35+5) and said she’s still got plenty of time to turn (I’m 36+1 today) xx

I had a growth scan on Wednesday morning and he was head down but on Thursday he was moving loads, like rocking side to side, now all the bottom of my belly feels empty like there’s nothing there🤣 hopefully she moves for you! Did they say if there’s a cut off date that she needs to be head down by before they’ll offer a section?xx
