Is it wrong to ask that my kid not be alrind someone who disrespects me when I’m not present? Apparently it’s too controlling and I’m not allowing my kid to get to know them

I can't give my opinion without more details... are you asking the baby daddy to avoid bring your child around someone?
Is the child super young? Or are they old enough to be begging to visit so and so? Does the disrespect of you happen purposely or did they accidently say something that offended you?
Also who is this person to baby daddy?
Cuz why is even wanting to be around someone that speaks low of you... unless you guys are already apart?
I think if they can’t respect you as the mother then they shouldn’t have access to your kids period.
