Rash???
We've used kirkland baby wipes since day 1. And we noticed that if we wiped her face with it she'd get red splotches on her cheeks. Well we ran out of Kirkland but had huggies sensitive so we started using that and my husband wiped her face with it and no rash happened. So we continued using them. Well now we are back to Kirkland and I forgot about the initial rash so I wiped her face and instantly red splotches. Anyways. With all this said what do you think it is? Sensitive skin? Allergy?

That’s really interesting. We gave the Kirkland wipes as well and no issue on his bottom but our baby also just got a rash on his face.

It's possible something in the wipes irritates her skin but I wonder what it could be.
And why does it only irritate her cheeks but not her hands or bottom?
Same here. Asked the doctors & he said it’s eczema & the cheeks are just more sensitive. We have to wipe with a warm wet cloth & no baby wipes. My Mom & husband forget sometimes & use a baby wipe & shows up always. I use water wipes too, I think it’s the cloth they are made out of maybe, more abrasive?
