I used to use Flo and it was never accurate. I switched to Clue.

Hey, I’ve been using natural cycles and it’s based on basal temperature, it was more accurate with my ovulation than Flo.
I think Flo has a set algorithm that is applied to everyone.

I use both Flo and Premom (OPK). I find the most helpful thing was to check the cervical mucus (I do that every time I need the toilet around the fertile window) if it becomes egg white from slippery then it means your ovulating soon, and I then use Premom to check the LH to confirm. The temperature helps after to back up than ovulation did happen, as it would rise after ovulation has happened. With the OPK I think if it's your first time using it you should start to use it right after the period has ended so it can figure out your LH levels and tailor the high / peak to your specific levels. It says it's best to test btw 10am-6pm as lh tends to rise in the afternoon but I personally drink too much water for any accurate reading after the first urine. Good luck! x
