Screening tests
Hi ladies,
I’ve been asked to take a look into and decide on the screening tests prior to my first midwife appointment…
Can I ask, are you having the screening tests done?
I don’t know atm, and there’s just something holding me back

I had them with both my boys. The first time it did my me feel stressed but the are non invasive and done with measurements and as part of the bloods they take from you anyway. At the end of the day if they came back as high chances of different conditions at least I would have the time to educate myself and get prepared. X
I had them with my daughter. It’s just a part of your routine scan and bloods so nothing invasive to baby like Amy said above. But totally your decision ☺️
