Peeing constantly

Hi y’all, I just started my 13 weeks and I am peeing all of the time. Does anyone have any tips for dealing with this? It’s impossible to make it through work without getting up every 10 minutes.

Every 10 minutes seems like a lot. I'm not a super hydrated person and I am probably going 5ish times per day and 2x per night. Which is at least a 100% increase from my normal pre-pregnancy habit.
Maybe cut back a bit on liquids but if it really is more than once an hour you might need to look at testing for a UTI?
