7m old has a cough.

FTM here and wondering if this sounds like a cold cough, or something I should be worried about?
She has clear mucous coming from her nose and has increased sneezing.

Her cough woke her up a couple of times over night and she was restless afterwards. Otherwise she is her happy normal self.
