Hi mummas, hoping for some reassurance and advice. My 5 year old has been eating one roll of raw tuna each week for one year now. I feel so stupid for not checking, but I've just googled it and I have likely exposed him to mercury levels about the maximum threshold. I feel sick to my stomach. I will obviously stop immediately but does anyone have any further knowledge on the damage this could have caused? He has no obvious symptoms. Tia

Any tips on surviving the 12 month sleep regression? My daughter turned 12 months on 8th September and past 3 nights have been hell, waking every hour, wanting to be attached to boob the whole night (even if I remove her after 40 mins she cracks it, and refuses the pacifier). I’m a single mum, back at work and really struggling with it all, the burnt out is next level.

She has never been a great sleeper get max 4 hour stretch on the off occasion but usually 2-3 hours. But this is hell.

We breastfed and co sleep as is. Wakes anywhere 4:40-5:40am Naps are set most days 9:00am and 1:30pm about 1.5 hours sleep total for naps. Bed is usually 4-4.5 hours after wake of last nap so usually 6-6:40pm

Any advice will be much appreciated

I'm just wondering do any mums on here suffer with this and I'm looking to connect with someone to just share our stories.

I had my daughter 14 months ago, I took the tablets to stop breastmilk from coming in, it was taken a little bit later than recommended after an emergency c But one boob as leaked since birth not much but at the start it was maybe a palm size twice and now 14 months later it’s maybe the amount of my finger tip. Doctor appointment has been booked but just wondering if it’s happened to anyone else.
