wondering this myself! his lil nails look very short but whew boy when i’m latching him he likes to scratch the shit outta me and they turn into talons 😭🫶🏼

I’ve always used the baby nail cutting scissors as I have had bad experiences with 2 of my littles with clippers. With my first I was always afraid to use the scissors but once I gave them a chance I was blown away. They work really well and never cut baby or go too short. I might touch up here and there with a nail file afterwards just to smooth them out but the scissors do a good enough job on their own too.

I cut my daughter's with baby clippers while she is sleeping. Files are sometimes easier.
