Court threats

he’s told me he’s going to find a solicitor, but I honestly don’t know what to believe 🤣 it’s been a week since I’ve heard anything last, I think it’s just making me anxious waiting around to hear something? It’s so hard not to worry atm 😅 did you end up going to court?x

My sons dad said that...3 YEARS later I got the court letter 😆

I was anxious about court but it was actually fine.
He wasn't really asking for anything extreme so we were able to agree.

were cafcass involved? So did the whole process take 5-6months I thought it was much longer?

Im currently in this position as well constantly on edge waiting for the court paper to come through the post it’s really effecting my mental health

My ex said the same 6 months ago. Still no court letter and still no contact with his son x

this is what I want to happen really, I don’t want to do the back and forth 🤣 luckily I have a solicitor already so it’s less threatening. I’m not sure what my ex is even taking me over because he was having contact lol. These men are just something else🤣x

Yeah sometimes but tbf he has 4 kids by 3 different women so let's face it the man ain't got the money for court 😂 and even if he does I haven't said he can't see him I have just put boundaries in place which he doesn't like so it's all going to go against him choosing to just not bother at all x
