Sick and pregnant
I am 11+ weeks and I have been out of work the past two days sick. It’s bound to happen, I work with school aged children all day and it’s that time of year everyone gets sick.
My nose is stuffy and running, throat is sore, on and off head ache. Also I’m even more exhausted than pregnancy exhaustion. I took a Covid test it’s negative. I’m assuming a bad cold or sinus infection. I haven’t been taking anything, just water, eating and rest. I contacted myOBGYN today first because I didn’t know what else to do. I’m waiting to hear back.
Anyone else sick during pregnancy?

Ive been sick the last two weeks 😩, I feel you! First insane morning sickness and now fatigue and cold and the whole lot. It’s been a ride, I have very low immunity anyway but in pregnancy it’s basically nil 😩, I’m 11+ 4
I’ve had the same thing since week 10. I actually read that stuffiness and post-nasal drip is common during pregnancy. :(
My doctor said I could use nasal sprays but no decongestants.
I had a cold for a week, then food poisoning, and then immediately got another cold 😭
