You can get own brand underwear from most supermarkets in the sanitary product sections. Tend to be just as effective as Tena for a fraction of the price.

@Rebecca, you mean washable ones?

You can get washable period underwear or disposable ones

I wear tena discreets and they are really good. Especially the underwear ones and the big pads.

I wear Tena discreet pads and also like the Tesco own brand ones in the pink box. I looked at the Tena pants but feel like changing would be a faff, every time I sneeze/cough/laugh I have to go 😬

Honestly I got ones from Aldi and they are actually pretty good ! A lot cheaper than the tena ones so they’re good if you’re on a budget x

Have you had a baby before? Even if yes, please ask for a test for a UTI. I ended up with an infection for over 10 weeks which made me progressively very sick, and it was because of a ln invisible UTI. the only symptoms I had on reflection was a bit of incontinence. The doctors told me I had standard pregnancy problems (sickness, sore back etc) but it was all the infection!
