Every time i go into my appointments, I’ve had high blood pressure. They said if its high one more time, i wont be able to be a patient at this birth center anymore, because i wont be low risk. This is so confusing because at home i get 120/80 every time. I do think its just nerves from being at the place where i had my last miscarriage and being scared to hear bad news there again. I’ve been moving more and eating healthier and i’m not sure what else i can do :(

This happens to me. It's called white coat syndrome. It was always fine at home and at the dr it would be high. Theyd test every time for pre-eclampsia etc and I never had it. Unfortunately they have to go by what they see. You may have to switch to a hospital. I am sorry. I know it's frustrating.

You just have to be calmer but knowing your history it is no wonder your BP shoots up. Is there a different facility you can go
To?

My blood pressure is always high when i go to my appointments due to nervousness and because i had just walked to my appointment room they have started checking It after I’ve sat down for a while and it’s been fine

Thanks everyone! Definitely going to try these suggestions and hopefully the breathing exercises beforehand will help :)
