Just die lol (I joke.) No but like try to rest wherever there area is room or playpen ect. Put on a show they like and rest while they play or watch TV you can always clean later, and when you get up to potty pre make a couple bottles? Hope this is helpful and that you get better soon 💕🫶🏼
Just carry on as normal and try to survive 😩.
If you have someone that can help ask them to take on as much childcare as they can & try to rest if you can.
I tried to get my LO to chill out and watch TV, but he just wanted to be on the go the whole time I was ill 🤒
Last year I was very ill so I called a couple women from my church and asked if they could help. Don’t you know, they came right over with soup for me and took my twins out for walks, changed diapers, just took over for two days.
