Hi! I have almost every day headaches, but they coke and go during the day, they are not constant. Before getting pregnant I was suffering from migraines. I try not to take medicine often. Maybe once every 2 weeks Tylenol when is bad. The rest of the time I used a cold hat I bought on Amazon. Drink a lot of water and not try to stress.

This literally describes my past few weeks. I mentioned it to my doctor and he prescribed a pregnancy safe migraine medication but it makes me really drowsy and feel sluggish 😩 the only thing that usually helps me is sleep

Yes every morning and all day if I don't get some magnesium. My doctor proscribed 400 mg daily and it helps once taken but I wake up almost pukey cause it hurts from my eye brows down the back ok my neck. Like I'm wearing a cap of a migraine 😩

The migraines are debilitating for sure ! When mine come they last days!
