What medications are safe for congested nose during pregnancy

I recommend trying steam to open up your nose glands. We’re having more blood flow so nose congestion is common and uncomfortable. My doctors recommended hot towel to help calm down the swollen glands! I hope this helps!

Use unmedicated saline spray to decongest. Avoid the meds at all cost

Allergies and congestion are my struggle! Zyrtec or Claritin and Benadryl are ok. Saline Nasal sprays or even like Flonase are fine. I also used a Vicks vapor steam treatment that helped and a ton of Vicks and tiger balm for headaches. Good luck!

saline rinses with the Neil Med sinus rinse kit saved me during pregnancy

Steam 3 times a day I have the same problem . My doctor told me only this will help add vicks small amount to open it if you can tolerate it

I’ve been using a saline spray like 10x a day and drinking a TON of water. It’s helping

Been going through the sane thing passed few days now Vick nasal spray helps with blocked nose and don't worry if you have a small nose bleed or a bit of blood I've looked it up and apparently it's super commen for pregnant women to get it just have plenty of tissue around
