I only ever seem to express around 60ml (from both boobs in total) regardless of how long I pump for! Recently got the momcozy 5, measured my nipples for the correct size flange but it doesn’t seem to make a difference what size I use as to how much milk I express, thoughts/ideas?

not at the moment, I want to but find it hard to juggle BF, settling and then pumping at once. I need to try and remember to have my pumps to hand then I can do without having to move LO
every evening before bed and try another time during the day but it’s a struggle sometimes

The best time to pump is in wee hours of the morning, like 12-5am, and earlier in the day pump sessions will also produce more milk; there’s just more prolactin being produced at that time
