Meaning of the (female) name Raiyah

It means the flag that held in wars .. 😝 I’m Arabic so I am the source

In Arabic it translates to a flag lol but some people say it means friend but I don’t think it’s an Islamic name.
On google translate I put it in Arabic and the translation came out at a banner / flag.

it’s kind of Islamic for Shia .: as in imam Husain battle they were holding rayahs .. it’s a bit known in Shia families

And I want to add it’s only for girls

If you mean ro’ayah it’s also girls name mean vision .. but rayah would be flag
