Blood clots postpartum

Hi all , I’m 3 weeks PP c section and have just today passed a large blood clot, around the size of golf ball. I haven’t passed any clots for the last 3 weeks with the exception of this one. I’m a bit concerned 🙁 has anyone else experienced large clots this late PP?

You should contact your doctor. I was told with both my babies after I left the hospital I shouldn't have large blood clots golf ball size or larger and to contact them if I do. I think I had one large clot a couple weeks after I had my son I couldn't tell its actual size so I assumed I was fine. Which I was. Had no problems. I think if it's just one it may be okay. I know the concern is hemorrhage with losing big clots but there'd be a few large clots. It's pretty noticeable when that happens. Had that happen after my second one.

Contact your doctor, that’s cause for concern

Definitely call the doctor asap clots of that size is what they look for when you are in the hospital

Yes I experienced one massive clot post partum and not much clotting after that. Just steady bleeding from the healing process

The biggest thing is to watch your bleeding, as long as you don’t have more bleeding (soaking through a pad every hour) then you should be okay!

Is this normal?

Is this little red bit on my section scar normal? It’s not oozing anything, doesn’t hurt but it’s the only bit on my scar like it so just curious! (19 days PP)

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Labour??

I’ve had on/off mild period cramps since 9 last night, very irregular and very mild, but I just had one that woke me up. My waters haven’t gone and nor has my mucous plug… but could this be a sign that it’s close?! I’m 40+3 and desperate to meet her!

Fed up

Anyone else just feeling fed up in general? I just never feel happy anymore. Wake up dreading what the day ahead of us will be like.
Little one will be 6 week tomorrow

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?
