@Rhiannon yeah I saw that when I looked it up. Just asking if it’s at all possible to get one fast at the hospital for tomorrow’s flight.
Depends on the midwife but mine was happy to give me one. If not though I wasn't asked for mine at any point when I flew, so you might be okay if it's a short haul x
Call your midwife, if you can’t get ahold of her you can try calling your hospital switchboard to get put onto the midwife team, they’ll be able to tell you if it can be sorted in time
If you can’t get one, be aware that this may invalidate your travel insurance
I think a general practitioner is the only clinician that can provide you with a fit to fly certificate.

Also, the GP charged £20 for it! Apparently midwives used to be able to do it but then they changed to rules which is weird because the midwife is the one that knows you
It must be different in different areas. I'm in Hillingdon and my midwife gave me one a few months ago x
