I drink this, liquid IV & take liquid gold pills (2a day can take up to 6) & I think I have a pretty solid supply. I feed baby and am able to pump anywhere from 6-10 additional oz a day to freeze.
Some people react different to the fungeek of fungreek that’s in it so if you start it and don’t notice an increase but decrease that is why.

I’m not sure but it’s been nice to have but I like mothers milk better and it’s highly came recommended by my lactation. So you should know the fennel herb that’s in. It can sometimes upset your belly and if it does, it could upset babies, so just don’t over drink it if that happens to you I was fine.

Also, the liquid gold from legendary milk is great and lots of oatmeal. I honestly felt like those two products helped me the most and staying hydrated because if you think about how much liquid you’re exiting, you should be supplying it back.
