Hey
Has anybody else had a 14 year age gap between their pregnancies? I tried for over 10 years and nothing ever happened. I got a new partner over a year ago and now I’m nearly 12 weeks into my pregnancy . I’m absolutely over the moon. I’m just wondering if anyone else has been in the same situation and had any tips a or advice for me?
I know it’s starting all over again after so many years but at least my son will be able to help out.
I have so much positivity that I’ll smash being a mum all over again however I need to know what’s change from all those years ago haha
Please if anyone has been in a similar situation please talk to me x

I had a 24yr age gap lol after 9yrs of infertility (ivf). It’s been fabulous! It will mostly all come back to you and you will get a lot of info off goggle & here. Feel free to message me I will be open and honest. Although my son doesn’t live at home so I can’t help that way. I am certainly more tired and by body hurts especially as we’ve hit toddler stage 🤪 but I have far more patience and time for my lg 🥰

Not quite the same but my partners daughter will be 13 by the time baby arrives, she doesn't live with us full time... I think the benefit is them being able to be hands on for the help like you said... he also has a brother 14 years older than him and they had a great relationship growing up x

I’ve got a 16 year age gap and my older boy is so good with his brother, he helps me out and plays with him whilst I get jobs done and they have such a lovely bond. I was worried before about the age gap but we haven’t had any issues at all. I agree with the above too, I think I’m definitely more patient this time around. Good luck with everything 🥰 feel free to message as well if you want to xx

I practically raised my younger brother, my mom's last born. 10 yrs age gap.

I have a 12 year gap between my son and this baby. I do worry about going right back to the start but it’ll just become the norm again like the first time round. And I have no advice really, I’m just learning the new ways of doing things from my midwife and online! X

I’ll have an 11 year age gap c

12 year age gap for mine. They’re amazing together. He’s very hands on with her and the bond is so strong. I was initially really worried but I honestly wouldn’t change it x

I'm 23 weeks today with my 2nd baby (another boy) and my first is 12 and a half now. I'm feeling the pregnancy is a lot harder but I'm older.. otherwise a lit is the same. I worry about my energy levels now and the ability to do ut all again but this time I have a partner and my 12 year old who will hopefully help!! Xxx

12 year age gap here and about to pop I’m hoping all will be ok

I am currently on a 9 years and this second one feels like new
