his cheeks were red and flaky last night so i applied aquaphor and this am it’s almost worse. he is teething and transitioning from breast milk to kendamil, those are the only things i can think of, anyone else experience this?

He could have a sensitivity to kemdamil. My daughter’s face looked awful until I found the right formula. She’s on bubs goats milk.
His cheeks could be red from teething BUT the rash looking redness maybe be sensitivity.
You could try applying unrefined coconut oil to his cheeks.
It takes 1-2 weeks for babies to adjust to changing formula so you could give it more time and if it doesn’t get better try changing formula. Not just brand but types of formula. My daughter couldn’t do diary or soy which is why we are now on goats.

Yeah my son had a lot of red rash cheeks till we cut out dairy. Just give it a few days to clear up if you do make changes cause sometimes it can take a little time
