Lump on Neck
Hey! My son had Covid when he was one, now 27 months and he still has a swollen lymph node on his neck! Google says they only last 2 weeks but obviously he’s had it over a year now and flares up if he’s sick! I don’t know what to do I’m worried sick.
He’s autistic too so he struggles to communicate, and he won’t let a doctor examine him 😭

Hiya I have this with my little boy whenever he’s ill. I went to the doctors with him and the doctor said it was probably the most common thing he sees. It’s just the lymph nodes doing their job basically. He said to worry if it’s a cluster of lumps. However my little ones lump does go when he’s not ill. Xxx
I think I’ve just been stressing about it more this winter because he’s had a cold non stop so it hasn’t gone down as he keeps getting a new cold every week
My daughter would always have this when she had a infection she had a ear infection and lump would be in her neck which is the lymph node but they did a scan and all was ok
yes I went through this too and it was there a while xx
