Worries

Is anyone else constantly worried about their baby? I feel so anxious that something is wrong, constantly checking his breathing and body for rashes etc!

hello i think that some worry is natural but if it feels extreme or unmanageable you can talk to your doctor about it as could be postpartum anxiety or a result of the hormone shift and they may be able to help! i totally understand (i ended up in a&e on the same day i brought mine home as i was cool vince’s a rash was bad but it was just a bruise from delivery!)

It's completely normal to worry. I worry about both mine now. Although if it gets excessive then it might be worth mentioning to the GP. I had postpartum anxiety with my first. And it's different than the general worrying. Was constant and started to stop me going to baby groups and would effect everyday stuff. Feel free to DM me if you wanted someone to talk to about it. I eventually went to the GP and got some therapy and it made a world of difference.
