Need more energy

Hi ladies, I need some help and advice please!
I’m overweight and I’m pregnant with number 2 (23 weeks) I’m running on low energy most days chasing my 4 year old around… 😔 I literally get up every morning feeling so tired and out of breath. I also work in childcare part time which is so challenging while being pregnant. I weigh almost 90 kilos, and it really brings me down! Any tips and advice on what I can do to feel a bit more energised? Safe exercises? Diet changes?
Thanks in advance 💋

Have you gotten your iron checked ? I recently had bloodwork and I’ve have no energy turns out my iron is low so now I’m on an iron supplement.

I wouldn’t suggest a diet per se but making sure you are fueling your body with healthy foods.

Hey lovely, I’m anemic so need iron tablets, although atm I’ve stopped having them so see how my iron level are for blood results ( doctor wanted to check if my body was doing enough without supplements) I’m nearly 23 weeks as well and my first is 2. Also 92kg (although I’ve lost weight without being sick) I work full time in childcare running a 2-3 year old room so I’m always on the go, hubby works loads so I do mostly everything at home. I do feel tired quite often. I just make sure I keep snacking throughout the day to keep my energy levels going, and I try to rest where I can. But definitely see if you have low iron.

thank you hun, I appreciate this. I think checking my iron levels is definitely a good idea. It doesn’t help when we have our daily jobs and chores at home. I’ll definitely need to snack more as I rarely do this, thanks so much for your input! Xx

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Rolling milestone at 5 months - What’s typical ?

Good morning ladies,

My daughter will be 5 months old tomorrow, but there’s still no sign of her rolling. She does tummy time and loves lying on her mat, playing with hanging toys above her and to the sides, but she only lifts her legs and doesn’t seem interested in rolling or moving sideways yet.

Anyone else the same or have your babies already learnt how to roll yet ?

Thank you

Random one!

My 5 month old has only ever had tears from one eye the other has never had a single tear, it doesn't look red gunky or anything just never had a tear?
Is this anything to worry about ? I did ask the doctor while she was younger but it's still going on!
