Physical therapy??
Has anyone’s OB put them in physical therapy for the pain towards the end of pregnancy? I’ve had multiple children and this is the first time anyone has ever done so not complaining just new to me?

I was put into physical therapy in the end of my second trimester with my first however I have experienced chronic pain my entire life throughout my entire body so my pregnancy pains damn near killed me especially because I fractured my T3 T4 and T6 vertebrae less than two months into my pregnancy. So I kind of thought the PT was “extreme situation” kind of treatment. I hope it helps you!
Thank you it does and I’m sorry you had to go through that. I couldn’t imagine on top of the pregnancy itself you’re strong!!
