Any good skin care tips/products?

Simplify your routine and have 1 day a week you do a more extensive cleanse.
I love CeraVe products because I have sensitive skin that likes to get super red really easily (🙄).
My routine on most days has become:

Wash face
(CeraVe Foaming Face Wash)

Moisturizer
(CeraVe Everyday Moisturizing Cream)

And that is literally it most days 😅

After I'm done breastfeeding I'll start using Retinol again (also CeraVe brand) but for now this super simple combo has been my thing.

In my more extensive cleanses I exfoliate, Wash, face mask, lip mask, use various eye creams/oils, moisturize, do a hair mask, exfoliate my body, shave, moisturize. You know the whole shebang. I try to make this day (Self Care Time) Sundays

My tip would be to look up small companies local to you that are making natural effective products! I do this in Australia and the quality and pricing are amazing, not to mention what they do for my skin. Any products that contain niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, peptides, rosehip oil or tamanu oil are a good place to start 🩷
If you can get Clear Skincare over there (not sure what’s available in other countries) they are the best products I’ve ever used…!

I’ve tried many different types of skin care lines and Dermalogica is the only line that has agreed with my face. Mornings I cleanse/exfoliate, use toner, moisturizer, eye cream, and face sunscreen. Then at night cleanse, toner, moisturizer, eye cream.
Don’t forget to drink plenty of water and limit your processed sugar intake.
