Childcare temperature

I took my baby to childminder this morning with a runny nose (I did text prior to confirm she was happy to take him and she said yes)

A few hours later I’ve had to come and collect him because he’s upset and has a high temp of 38.5

I’ve got him home with no temperature at all, I’ve tried three different thermos..

I have no doubt that he does have a cold and teething but no temp?

Do I say anything?
