Birthday party for 1st birthday

We are - we are not having a christening/naming ceremony so it's a way to get all the important people in his life together :)

We’ll get together with family and have a birthday cake but not having a full-on party

We have invited our LO's 3 sets of grandparents over, but keeping it at this level only. It would also be the first time my in-laws (2 sets) meet my parents 😅

Might also see if there is an opportunity to do something with kids from nursery, as LO will start attending a month before she turns 1.

I agree that they will not remember anything, but we're making it a celebration of us successfully surviving as parents as well the first year 🎊

We’ve hired our local village hall, she might not remember it but we will and it’s also a celebration for us. First year being parents completed! 🥰

I’ve booked the river side hub for my little one and his cousin

They have an amazing baby area and as it’s his first I wanna go all out cuz I will remember it and can tell him all about it when he’s older with lots of photos

I’m doing one but only a family get together at my house. I’m naming it “first trip around the sun” party 🤣 xx
